A custom LWC for the 19:00 shift change on 4 West at Cedar Valley Medical Center, top to bottom: the handoff header with the day nurse's patient figures, her recorded report and safety flags beside the night census counters, the handoff checklist, the patients being handed off, then the events of the day shift beside the incoming night team.
