A denim buyer's review of a vendor before the quarterly business review: the vendor header, composite score, on-time in full, open purchase orders and chargebacks, the late shipment notice, the scorecard against the denim vendor average beside the vendor contacts, then the open purchase orders beside the chargebacks by reason.
