A custom LWC for the pre-admission desk at Lakeshore General Hospital, top to bottom: the registration header with the patient's consent figures, the registration steps, the scanned wristband with safety flags beside the consent forms, then the surgical consent with the patient's signature beside the witness panel, and the consent audit trail.
