A custom LWC for the Lumen & Oak Home customer experience team, top to bottom: the monthly feedback header with volume, rating and NPS, the themes customers talk about most, a carousel of review cards to act on, the store associates' voice notes beside a recorder for a follow-up note, then the rating distribution beside the action plan per theme and the quote of the month.
